There is a manual switch made in the controller. You can switch the HHO system off/on by using this switch. You don't need extra relay.

The LCD backlight on for 1 minute. If there is no setting, the backlight off to save power.

My other PWM creates a buzzing sound in my electrical system one it ran at high Hz square wave settings, does this unit create those sounds, or doe sit have have any power line filters ---We are not sure if it will create such a same sound or not because we don't know what is your HHO generator and your other parts of your system.

You can use the water level switch in your HHO system as you like. If you don't want it, you can just leave it alone.

This Pro'E30 is an HHO system controller. It controls the HHO system. The power supply from Jeep is meeting this controller well.

I don't understand what linear you mean but our controller is not ON-OFF type

I think the linear is that amp increasing when temperature going up. For normal PWMs, the setting is dutycycle. For example, you can only set a 60% dutycycle on PWM, the amp meter showing 15amp. But when the temperature going up, the amp can be 20A although the durycycle is the same 60%. Pro'E30 is different. The setting on Pro'E30 is the amp directly. If you set a 15A on Pro'E30, the outputting current will not over 15A, no mater temperature changed or not.
