Empty and after sometimes driving there will be water at the bottom. After bubbler filter if your system has such a device.

Yes you can run system without filters if there is not much steam.

- Hello, what's the type of filter does this housing use? Can I use an activated carbon filter instead? I'd like to clean NaOH even more from the HHO gas ouput.. thanks!!

Sorry we don't know what is your carbon filter and we could not give you suggestion. We recommend you to use our dryer filter to make the HHO gas dry and it is a safety device on the HHO system too.
