1. How to Register?

You can register to be OGO Member from the top right of our Home Page.

You can also register after you placed an order.

 

2. I forget my passwords.

You can click "Forget Password" icon and file the information asked for. Your new password will be send to your registered email. If problem, please contact OGO by email or send message.

 

3. How to buy different items?

You can add all the items in cart and pay together.

 

4. I have different delivery address. Do I have to file different address every time?

No. You can manage your delivery address in Member Center. You can put 10 delivery address mostly.

 

5. What is Bill Address?

Some company may need to send an invoice to a different address. System default setting is same as delivery address. If you need us to send an invoice to your different address as your Bill Address, please leave us message or email us. After we got the payment for extra shipping cost for the bill, we will send it at once.

 

6. Why my country is not listed in OGO Website?

Now we are cooperate with some international Couriers. They forward parcels to almost all countries. If your Country is not listed, may because of Couriers haven't open business in your country.

Another reason may because of your Market already signed Exclusive Distributor. We will not supply to your market directly. You have to contact OGO Exclusive Distributor in your country. You can get the distributor information from our website. You can also send us message or email asking for it. We give you the distributor contacts after you registered to be OGO Member.

We OGO also have the right to forward your contact information to Distributor and ask them to contact you. After we get your request for distributor contacts, you agreed us to forward your contact information to OGO Distributor in your country.

 

7. How to track my parcel trace? How long will I get my order?

You can get the tracking number from your Member Center after OGO Shipping Dept. made the shipment. You can track the trace on the Couriers Official Website.

DHL: www.dhl.com (Shipping time: 3~5 days to EUR. 5~7 days to other areas)

UPS: www.ups.com (Shipping time: 5~7 days)

FedEx: www.fedex.com (Shipping time: 5~7 days)

TNT: www.TNT.com (Shipping time: 5~7 days)

EMS: www.ems.com.cn (Shipping time: 12~20 days)

HK Post: http://www.hongkongpost.com/ (Shipping time: 20~40 days. Parcel limited in 2kg. If more than 2kg, Post is unavailable.)

SG Post: http://www.singpost.com/  (Shipping time: 20~40 days. Parcel limited in 2kg. If more than 2kg, Post is unavailable.)

 

8. Parcel retained by Our Customs. What can I do?

There maybe TAX or Customs Fees. You need to contact the Courier for clearance. You can also find an agent to do Customs Clearance for you. We don't pay for your Tax or Customs Fee. Customs Clearance time is limited. Different Customs may have different time request. If you didn't do clearance in time, Courier may give up forwarding the parcel. OGO is free if you didn't do Clearance or didn't do it in time.

 

9. My parcel is badly damaged. Some items missed. What can I do?

Don't sign for the parcel if packing is not in good condition. Check all the items at first. You can refuse to sign for it if there is something missing. Take some photos of the parcel and items and email us. Our After Market Service Team will handle the case after get your email.

You can also sigh for it if the Courier Company can write you a paper saying that the parcel is not including same items as the invoice which sent together. Take some photos of the parcel and items. And email us the photos and the paper with the signature of Courier with company stamp. Our After Market Service Team will handle the case after get your email.

 

10. Some items were damaged when I just get it. Is there any warranty policy?

If items damaged during shipping, please take some photos of the damaged part and email us in 3 days after you get the parcel. We will send you the parts for exchange.

 

11. I don't know how to install the whole system. Can you help?

We OGO is OGOHHO kits manufacturer. We can give you some professional installation suggestion. But if you are not mechanic or you don't know HHO technical well, we recommend you to seek help from your auto shop or repairing factory at your local.

 


12. How to solve Leaking problem?

Some user complaining about the leaking problem of tanks and Dry cells. We recommend you to use Epoxy Structural Adhesive Glue to seal the joint.

Apply 2-component adhesive of epoxy evenly on the joint before installing the system to vehicle. Different brands of epoxide-resin glue may need different time to get dry. Some glue already made in a twin-injector-set and it is easier for using (see pic below).  When installing the HHO system in vehicle, make sure to fix the tubes will not shake or draw the joints. 



Some OGO products using Epoxy Structural Adhesive Glue cases: (some already last for about 2 years. Related to the quality of glue.)





13. Why don't OGO provide such glue to prevent leaking?

Most of OGO orders are sending by air planes (express, post, air cargo, etc.), and liquid ban on planes.

OGO is also communicating with some express companies and Customs. After we got the permissions, we will provide glues together with OGO kits. 




14. I did a wrong installation and caused some damage. What to do?

--Cautions: 1, Hydrogen is highly explosive. Use extra care during cell operation. Keep away from open flame. Do not touch or be near the hydrogen cell when in operation.

2, OGO HHO kits can benefit your environment. However, you should follow your local law of remoulded car. May be your local low will regard it as illegal modification
