1. Register to be OGO Member and start to buy.

--Why registered members?

--Only registered users can online ordering, enjoy the preferential price.

--Only registered users can login member center. Use more shopping member functions, Management of their material.

--Only registered users can send message and receive message from OGO.

--Only registered users can get the shipment tracking number after payment.

--Only registered users may obtain OGO complimentary gift.

 

2. Place an order.

Browse our website at first. Find the items you need and add to Cart. You may need some different items. You can add them all in Cart and pay together. You can also send your order directly to Email or Message to OGO. Our Team will reply you very soon.

 

3. Veiw You Cart and Checkout the order.

 

4. Fill your delivery information. If TAX/VAT/CPF/CNPJ number is needed in your Customs, please fill the number as well. We will send an invoice together with your goods.

 

5. Bill address is considering to be same as delivery address. If you need us to send an invoice to a different address, please contact us.

 

6. Choose Courier. (Which one is better for me? The cheaper the better?)

There are different shipping costs of different Couriers. DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT Express companies may have remote control area fee. If your delivery address is in the remote control area from these Express companies, We OGO have the right to change the shipment to be EMS Express or other Post.

You will find there are some different Courier companies. The cheaper the better? Of course not. Different Couriers work with your Customs maybe different and their Clearance time will be different too. Some Customs may request documents for importing from one Courier but not to another. Therefore, if possible, you'd better learn more about the Couriers working with your Customs.  For example, EMS cooperate with post offices and clearance by Post is easier in some countries. 

HK post also cooperate with your local post office but they limited the weight of the parcel. Parcel must not beyond 2kg. 

If shipping by post, buyer will take charge on the risk too. Below is our disclaimer.


We OGO Shipping Dept. Declare as below:

1, OGO is free if parcel (or items) missed/lost or damaged.

2, OGO will not provide warranty if items shipped by Post. 

3, If parcel is more than 2kg and buyer made payment as shipping by post, OGO will not send the parcel by Post. OGO has the right to change shipment, reduce products quantity, or refund money to buyer. If there is any bank charges or handling fee, OGO will reduce it from the sum got from buyer.

SG Post: http://www.singpost.com/  (Shipping time: 20~40 days. Parcel limited in 2kg. If more than 2kg, Post is unavailable.)



7. Make the payment.

You can make the payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer, Bank to bank Money Remittance), Western Union, or PayPal. You need to pay for the middle banks remittance fee or Western Union Fee or PayPal 5% Charge.

If you made the payment by T/T. Please Email us a Payment Copy or bank slip, and notice us your order number.

If you made the payment by Western Union, Please Email us the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number), Money Sender’s full name, the Sum, and the money send from which country, and also your order number. You can also leave us a note with your order.

If you made the payment by PayPal, we will get payment inform from PayPal. You don’t need to inform us about the payment.

8. After we confirmed your payment, we will make you the shipment at once. We will list the tracking number in your order. You can login your member center to get the tracking number. You can also ask for it by message or Email.

 

9. OGO Shipping Department will follow your shipment. If there is any problem of the shipment, we will contact you by message or email.

 

10. Finished. Please give us positive feedback after you get the parcel and test.
